Past experiences

English and writing have never been my strongest areas, though I feel that I can accomplish the task well as it relates to scientific papers.  I attended a very small high school and endured three years of english instruction from the same teacher.  Because of that experience coupled with her style of grading, I haven’t been interested in english or literature classes throughout my college and university careers.  I hope to make this class a good experience.
