Chapters 16, 23

As the tech team leader at my church I've had to read and try to understand directions given to us by the "main campus" guys.  They write directions and instructions the opposite of the way described in Chapter 23.  Despite being a veteran of live audio and video production for churches, I couldn't understand the information or organization presented in the set of directions given.  After my first week I got rid of those directions and have trained six other team members by showing and letting them set up and run the equipment.

I know that I won't be available every week for instruction or comment and I haven't been sure how to draft up a set of instructions.  Hopefully, with the information presented in chapter 23 and a couple of weeks corresponding with the rest of the team, I'll be able to create a clear instruction manual for both the audio and video departments!  It's a challenge and I know that at times will be frustrating, but it should be fun...
