One Week Down... 47 to go

Yes, I'm counting down the weeks until I finally graduate (December of 08). So this week was interesting. As most of you know, I've been working on a lot of video blogs and projects for the Wy'East Campus of Living Hope Church. This summer has been an excellent exercise for the right side of my brain, the creative side. Now with school back in full swing, I've got to jump-start the left side.

Monday and Tuesday were definitely the hardest two days this week. I felt almost like my brain was pummeled by a freight train. But I guess that's how the first week always is at any college/university in the science-majors courses. I remember that's how last year was, though I was ready to go back to school after a good, long summer. Maybe that's the problem. My summer was a month shorter this year, and I have to wait until next summer to get my "full" summer vacation. Here's a scary thought, next year will be my last summer vacay. Hmm... Then I get to work forever more.

Wow, this really will end. The whole education thing. That's cool. Yeah, I'm really still trying to get my head around that. Anyways...

Oh, another cool deal this week is I was added to the Wy'East Campus e-news letter that goes out to the mailing list for that campus of our church. I even got my own title and everything. So now, I think I'll talk to Seth about possibly being a part of that once a month or so. And I don't think that it'll always be a tech thing either. Maybe something "nerdy" or "shcolarly." Mostly just something lighter and humorous that I could possibly do. Just a thought.
